MilTec takes MT Audio and MT Lighting product ranges to PLASA Focus in Leeds
UK - Stage lighting and audio distributors MilTec (UK) will be showing their successful MT Audio and MT Lighting product ranges at PLASA Focus in Leeds.

Designed by MilTec's technical director Graham Gosden, the Audio range consists of speakers, lightweight amplifiers (max 13.5kg) and mixers. The speaker range comprises of four mid-top speakers and four sub-bass cabinets, all constructed from birch plywood. These are complemented by two small in-fill speakers made from high density plastic. Power is supplied by six stereo amplifiers delivering up to 1850 Watts RMS per channel. Also on display for the first time in the UK will be a selection of the new MT Audio lightweight multi-channel amplifiers and 1U installation mixers.

The MT lighting LED range includes the StageWash108, a compact wash light with 36x 3W LEDs, Powercon connectors for power in and out, three and five pin XLRs and a floor yoke as standard. Also on display will be the new StageWash144 fitted with 48x3W RGB and warm white LEDs. IP65 rated and suitable for indoor and outdoor use, the StageWash144 can generate more subtle pastel shades than the standard RGB configuration.

Alongside the MT products will be the XL250 and XLED 590 automated lighting fixtures from PR Lighting. The XL250 uses an MSD250 lamp for high output and features 17 gobos, motorised iris and 14-22 degree zoom lens. The XLED590 moving head wash is loaded with 90x 5 Watt Osram Diamond Dragon LEDs, giving an output comparable to a 1200W discharge unit. Also available is the XLED390, featuring 3W LEDS for the smaller stage.

MilTec will be on Stand S-C9 in the Saviles Hall
