For the past two years Mission has focused on development of a range of dedicated products for its new division. Schaeffer has over 20 years' experience in the pro audio business and a successful track record in sales management, business development, and strategic marketing. For the last two years he was vice-president of the Public Address Business Unit at Klotz Digital America in California, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing management of the newly established business unit.
Prior to that, Schaeffer was general manager, western region, for AMX Corporation. He joined AMX in 2001 following five years at Otari Corporation, where he rose to the position of vice-president.
