In order to minimize any disruptions in business, key personnel previously employed by PRGED have been retained by Philips Vari-Lite and will continue in their current capacities operating from the UK in The Hoover Building in Perivale until they can be relocated to new offices where they will work alongside Philips Selecon and Philips Strand Lighting personnel.
