Panelists are Paul Timmins general manager of rental company Capital Sound, which has used Martin Audio's MLA system to great effect in some particularly sensitive situations including London's Hyde Park; Richard Vivian from Big Sky Acoustics, acoustic consultancy specialising in noise control for music and entertainment; and Roly Oliver, head of live business at Vanguardia Consulting.
The panel will look at the issues from all sides and see how the new expertise and fresh solutions that continually arrive on the market can help, or not, as the industry tackles the perennial problem of controlling ambient noise.
