UK - As part of the regeneration of the Tower Hamlets region, Kidderminster-based PLM Illumination provided the Tom Thumb Underpass with a colour-changing LED system. Part of a public art initiative, which included hand painted murals, ten bespoke high power RGB in-ground projectors were used as well as a custom made colour changing power supply and control system.

The marine grade stainless steel RGB colour canons contain nine high power LED lamps. The entire underpass is illuminated with a spectacular sequence of colour changing wall washes. This project paves the way for future redevelopment initiatives utilising high tech, low energy, low maintenance lighting products.
