Richard Nowell Sound Services is responsible for sound and communications throughout the South Bank Centre, while supplying additional systems to the various artists and events who play London's riverside venues. A Meyer Sound user for more than 20 years, RNSS added 700HPs, the ultra high-power sub woofer, to its inventory.
Meanwhile North London's Canegreen, continues to expand its extensive Meyer Sound stocks, also with the 700HPs. The first in the UK to purchase the product, Canegreen is really putting its new sub woofers to use, after several dates with The Corrs, they are now travelling the country with The Beach Boys and will finish the year on tour with the talented and diverse KD Lang.
Sound by Design, the Surrey based rental company, invested in the next level of Meyer Sound line array by buying eight M2Ds. After enjoying the benefits of Meyer Sound's M1D for two years, the time came to invest in the compact mid size cabinet. Upon delivery the M2Ds were immediately employed at Windsor's Legoland, to celebrate another great season coming to an end. As dusk fell, the park came to life with music and fire works, entertaining audiences of 14,000 on each of the five nights.
