Taiwan - The dramatic combination of lighting, audiovisual, choreography and staging in fashion shows requires highly creative and specific design.
For the debut of his Salon des Visionaires - Luxxury Godbage, a 1990s fashion themed fall-winter collection and Sherry Bomb Opening Party held at Ximen Literature and Arts Centre on 8 May 2021, Justin Chou, designer and founder of Taiwan fashion label JUST IN XX selected Calibre LEDFusion A130-15 all-in-one Direct View screen management solutions.
The 1990s was an era of freedom, boldness and adventure with bright colours and style – people dared to experiment. JUST IN XX’s philosophy when it came to technology echoed this, and he collaborated with Calibre UK for LEDFusion A130-15 LED displays to be positioned on each side of the main stage for the show.

To mitigate this challenge, VSPN - a co-organiser of the Peacekeeper Elite League - recently experimented with a new way to host its events by relying on Audinate’s Dante for broadcast audio over a vast geographic distance.
On 3 May, the first weekly final of the Peacekeeper Elite League 2021 S2 season was held in Chongqing Banan Huaxi Sports Centre. Twenty professional teams from across the country gathered in the mountain city of

UK - Recognising that the beleaguered live events industry needed an interactive live streaming platform when the first COVID-19 lockdown hit back in April 2020, a trio of production professionals collectively known as Be Square, pooled their resources to come up with precisely that.
They knew that if their idea was to have both relevance and sustainability, the event needed to offer a shared, online social experience for a group of up to five people - just as if they would all be attending in person. They should be able to appear as PIPs - tiny thumbnails in the foreground of the show - chat, mute, or generally discuss the performance via message posts on the scroll bar, all within the comfort of their respective homes.
In 15 months, the company has already supported a number of events, from shows at the Battersea Arts Centre, to After The Flood in the Spiegeltent, an

USA - ClearOne has announced the immediate availability of a new camera control module for AMX Netlinx series control systems that is designed to work with ClearOne’s BMA 360 Beamforming Microphone Array Ceiling Tile and ClearOne’s UNITE 200, or any other Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera that complies with the industry-standard VISCA control protocol.
The new module simplifies configuration of the BMA 360’s camera control feature and comes with an easy-to-use graphical interface that associates PTZ presets in the camera with BMA 360 Beam Reports.
When a local talker activates a given beam in the BMA 360, the control module recalls the associated PTZ preset in the camera. The module also supports returning the camera to a “home” position after a period of no voice activity.
Multiple instances of this module can be configured to control more than two cameras.
