Following Arbiter's decision to close this division of their business, Walpole then moved to a customer services role at Music Marketing Services in Chelsea. The decision to return to Leisuretec Distribution was made after Walpole contacted Suzannah Griffin; business development manager at Leisuretec, where it appeared a position within the sales development team was about to be available.
Jay Walpole commented "I am looking forward to establishing myself in this new role at Leisuretec, and re-establishing contact with the customers I left last year. In my absence it would appear that Leisuretec Distribution have continued their expansion into the marketplace, and as well as having a team of dedicated people to respond to customers needs, they have added a team of people specifically to develop relationships with customers. As part of the team effort that exists here, I am looking forward to adding my contribution"
