The cabaret itself featured performances from Ned Sherrin, David Kernan, Liz Robertson, George Stiles and Antony Drewe, Sharon D Clarke and others, as well as members of the casts of The Lion King, We Will Rock You, Bombay Dreams, My Fair Lady, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Taboo and the 'cast of '93' of Les Misérables! According to Holmes, "the packed audience had a great time!"
The show not only used White Light's equipment, but also benefited from the support of many members of White Light's staff before, during and after the event. "I don't often do events like this," commented Holmes, "but I was amazed by how friendly and helpful all the theatre staff, volunteers and, not least, the White Light staff, were. My thanks to them and to White Light for agreeing to do the show."
