On a number of stands, White Light will be beta-testing samples of the new 240V CE version of the BakPak from Entertainment Technology: this is a new single DMX controlled dimmer unit designed to be attached to a lantern to give it 'on-board' dimming. "The 110V version has already attracted a great deal of attention in the USA since its launch at LDI last year," comments White Light's Bryan Raven. "We are delighted that Entertainment Technology has chosen us to road-test the 240V version for them."
With those stands complete, White Light's attention will turn to its own stand, stand 91, which will include images from a number of projects that White Light has been involved with including the Nokia NGage launch at the London Eye and the Estee Lauder Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign Launch at the Royal Opera House.
On-stand, the company will be announcing its appointment as a distributor for James Thomas Engineering's Pixel range of LED fixtures and inviting interested visitors to a new date on Thomas' nationwide Pixel Range Roadshow, which will be taking place at White Light's Wimbledon base on Tuesday 29 June. Representatives from White Light will also be on hand to talk about the company's products and services, including hire of conventional and automated lighting equipment, lighting sales, equipment service and support and lighting design and production for events and corporate shows.
Last but not least, the White Light stand will be the meeting point for Light Relief, the lighting industry charity of which White Light continues to be an active supporter.
