Saudi Arabia - Prolights products illuminated the world's first WWE Experience, located in the heart of Boulevard City during Riyadh Season. This attraction offers visitors an immersive WWE experience, featuring interactive exhibits and the WWE SuperDome, where fans can create their own characters and step into the ring.

A complex lighting setup was essential for this installation, covering exhibition spaces, interactive zones like the arena, and the Graveyard Undertaker game. The lighting needed to be both effective and stylistically consistent.

Namibia - The Namibian Oncology Centre offers comprehensive and progressive cancer treatment and care in comfortable, modern surroundings. With facilities in Windhoek, Swakopmund, the opening of a new chemotherapy facility in the capital called for the integration of a new AV system to provide digital signage and entertainment for patients receiving treatment.

France - Tickets have gone on sale for Showlight 2025. The much-anticipated networking event for lighting practitioners will visit Le Parc des Expositions et Congrès de Dijon in France from 19-22 May 2025 with Robert Juliat as its headline sponsor.

Traditionally only taking place once every four years, the last in-person Showlight was in 2017, with its usual quadrennial timeline disrupted due to the pandemic. Germany - Over 500 Robe moving lights were supplied by three top German rental and technical production companies to four main stages at the 2024 Lollapalooza Berlin festival, organised by Live Nation and staged over two days at the Olympiastadion (Olympic Stadium).

The North and South stages, the Alternative Stage and Perry’s Stage all rocked Robe this year, supplied by TSE (North), the Media Resource Group – MRG (South & Perry’s) and Sound Projekt (Alternative), with around 110,000 music fans attending over the two days of the festival.

FOH crews at these main stages appreciated some special Robe Festival Fridges, supplied by Robe Germany, that were kept fully stocked up with cool water and refreshments for the crews and security staff who were on duty for long hours ensuring everyone safely enjoyed some excellent performances.

USA - Sound Image San Francisco supplied 30 events in three weeks for the annual Festival Napa Valley Summer Season, including the Lionel Richie-headlined Arts for All Gala, which raised $4.5m for education and the arts.

Over the years, the annual societal event in San Francisco’s wine country has raised $28m through contributions, sponsors, and sought-after auction items. Singapore - Hong Kong-based lighting designer and technical producer Onefai Mak specified a zactrack mini system to control both audio and lighting sources for a production of Detective Theatre 13.67 staged by theatre company Zuni Icosahedron at the Esplanade Theatre in Singapore.

Onefai has collaborated with Zuni for many years and is frequently asked to light their shows. For this production, he designed lighting and was also the technical advisor. They used the Esplanade’s in-house sound and lighting systems with a zactrack mini system that was supplied by C’est Bon Projects Corporation Limited.

Europe - The Showtec Octostrip Flex is designed for creating ‘immersive atmospheres and mesmerising visuals at all sorts of events’.

The Octostrip Flex is an IP65-rated linear LED fixture consisting of eight LED strips, eight cables and a controller.
