While it's time for my next adventure, I will maintain an on-going business relationship with the company."
CEO Frank Gordon stated: "John and I have shared a long-term professional relationship. I look forward to continuing the partnership and the expertise he brings to the company."
Wiseman remains a director on the HES Board.
