Europe - NEXT proaudio has announced that its new LA122.v2 as the latest addition to its LA family of line array systems.
The new kit is a re-designed version of the LA122 compact line array, integrating the same internal components into a smaller and lighter box.
LA122.v2 has neodymium speakers custom-made by B&C that can generate 1120W of high-definition power for a very high acoustic pressure, suitable for medium to large scale applications.
This system is suitable for use in permanent installations as well as in touring systems. The new system comprises three models, two line array elements, with different coverage angles (8ºx90º - LA122.v2 and 15ºx120º - LA122W.v2) and a companion subwoofer system allowing a wide configuration versatility - LAs118.v2.

Europe - High End Systems has announced OS v3.10, the latest software upgrade to the Hog 4 lighting console range.
The release offers several new features and enhancements, including Virtual Wings, Playback Bar docking, Compound Fixture Explode, Inhibitive Masters in the background and new Pixel Map stock content.
With Virtual Wings, multiple virtual wings can be opened on a single system, providing additional playback controls when needed.
Playback Bar Docking allows users to swap playback bars easily on the console front panel and wings, providing quick access to more playbacks on a single surface.

The Netherlands - Panasonic’s presence at ISE 2019 will see it offering a range of technologies that “provide creative freedom to those involved in visual and proAV technologies allowing them to push the boundaries across live entertainment, public displays, education and collaboration”.
Among a number of new technologies unveiled at the show will be the introduction of a 50,000 lumens laser projector.

USA - Flex Rental Solutions has announced that Flex5 Phone - its newly designed phone app - has been released to all customers.
Flex5 is the company’s new HTML5 user interface and features a complete rewrite of Flex’s user interface and backend architecture. Flex5 will eventually replace Flex’s current Flash UI by adding a new desktop environment.
Flex5 Phone is already available for download in the Apple App Store for iPhones and in the Google Play store for Android devices. Flex5 Phone replaces Flex Mobile, which is no longer available in the App store.

Each of the AV2 panels features a configuration of 3-in-1 RGB SMD2121 LEDs with a pixel pitch of 2.97mm (0.17”), allowing for vivid video display and a low minimum viewing distance.
With a brightness of 1000 nits and blackface LEDs for superior contrast, the AV2 features a pixel density of 168 x 168, which is equivalent to 112,896 p/sq.m. It offers a wide viewing angle of 160-degrees (horizontal) and 60° (vertical - up and down) from a minimum viewing distance of just 9.75ft (2.97m).
