Germany - The Prolight+Sound Forum - aimed at the event technology sector - is scheduled to take place during Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt next month.

The Professional Lighting & Sound Association of Germany is responsible for the Forum programme, which covers a variety of subjects from the fields of event security and safety, training in the event sector, building regulations and adherence to them, and new technical standards. The Prolight+Sound Forum will be held in Rooms 'Symmetrie' 2 / 3, Hall 8.1, from 6 to 8 April 2011. On Saturday, 9 April, the Prolight+Sound Forum will be held in Hall 11.0, Room 'Granat'.

Speakers will include: Jörg Braeutigam, Institution for Statutory Accident Insurance and Prevention in the Administrative Sector (Verwaltungs-Berufsgenossenschaft - VBG) and Hermann-Josef Weien, Project & Production; Falco Zanini; Thomas Völker, (Institution for Statutory Accident Insurance and Prevention in the Administrative Sector (VBG); Prof. Anselm Goertz, Berlin Technical University, Audio Communication Department.
