USA - Prolights will show its latest technologies at the upcoming LDI Show on stand 2953 (Prolights) and 2354/2346 (A.C. Lighting).
Prolights will present an in-booth show involving over 200 lighting fixtures every hour starting at 11:30am. The booth features the time-coded show and interactive demo stations which will allow visitors to have hands-on product demonstrations.
The exhibition will be the occasion to celebrate the success of the Prolights brand in the North American market which is being accomplished through the close cooperation with distributor A.C. Lighting. LDI also provides the stage to showcase latest products including Pixiewash XB and popular fixtures including the Eclipse FS profile.
The Prolights stand will host multiple events including an Italian “Aperitivo” that will be served on Friday, 22 November from 4pm.

USA - DMX control specialist ELC Lighting will unveil its latest innovation, designed to enable the creation of fully-redundant DMX networks.
Until now, redundant DMX networks could be built right up to the ethernet-to-DMX node. However, the last link in the essential chain of lighting data - the DMX cable itself - always remained vulnerable as a single point of failure. With the new Redundant DMX feature, lighting production crews can rely on ELC Lighting’s dmXLAN nodeGBx system to provide automatic, seamless take-over in the event of damage or disconnection of the DMX cable, or even of partial network failure.

UK - Void Acoustics has added two additions to its touring audio catalogue in ArcM 12 and ArcM 15, part of the Arcline series.
ArcM 12 is a lightweight, versatile monitor, with multiple working angles, allowing use as either a near field booth monitor or conventional stage wedge. The aesthetically-pleasing low profile design creates cleaner stage lines and a more visually appealing view for the audience. In addition, pole mounting or wall mounting is possible for front-of-house purposes.

Ukraine - Realtime visualisation specialist L8 has launched L8 CE, an affordable, entry-level version of its flagship pre-viz software.
L8 CE (Community Edition) uses the same code and libraries as the full version, but there are restrictions on the number of DMX inputs and the number of fixtures. Support is also limited to one year from activation.
"L8 CE may be a good solution for simultaneously using the software on a pre-programming workstation and for everyone else involved in the process of creating the show," says the company. USA - ChamSys (stand 937) will debut its compact MagicQ MQ70 console in the US at the upcoming LDI tradeshow in Las Vegas. Launched at the PLASA Show 2019, the desk weighs in at a mere 7kg (15.4lb) and can fit into a carry-on sized luggage that meets the restrictions of even budget airlines.
The MagicQ MQ70 supports 24 universes of ArtNet/sACN natively, with an option to expand this to 48 universes directly from the console (with a paid upgrade). The console features a 10.1” multi touch display, along with illuminated fader and encoder tracks.

Ukraine - Loudspeaker manufacturer MAG Audio introduced its new line array technology, MAG Must. The company unveiled the product during an event at Kiev’s 70,000-seat NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium on 6 September.
Standing for Multiple Uniform Sound Technology, MAG Must allows installers to use a single line array format, therefore eliminating the need for bothersome stock and complex logistics, says the company. USA - ADJ is now shipping the latest addition to its range of LED-powered par-style wash fixtures, the MOD STQ. This professional lighting tool offers a combination of punchy output, compact size and versatile design, which makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications.
The MOD STQ harnesses the power of seven 8-Watt RGBW LEDs, for a total output of 56W. Each quad colour LED features independently-dimmable red, green, blue and white elements that can be mixed together to deliver a wide palette of different colours. USA - The new Rogue R2X Wash fixture from Chauvet Professional which debuts at this year’s LDI show is an updated version of the popular Rogue R2 Wash and was developed in response to a very recent advance in LED lamp technology.
“We recognised the potential of the new generation of LEDs that Osram is developing, so we made a commitment to updating our fixtures to incorporate this technological advance,” said Albert Chauvet, CEO of Chauvet.

The new module offers simultaneous acquisition and measurement of up to 16 channels of PDM signals, making it the highest channel-count solution available for MEMS microphone and MEMS mic array testing, says the company.

The Netherlands - Odin Audio Systems has introduced two two-way active side-fill speakers- SF-12A and SF-15A.
The loudspeakers have been introduced to make the Odin Line array set-ups more flexible, giving sound engineers the ability to expand the set-up to the live stage.
The SF-12A and SF-15A speakers have been engineered according to the already existing Odin-blueprint. They are equipped with Celestion speakers, DSP modules, roadproof enclosures and produce “full range, crystal clear sounds”.
