Jackson joins LMC following a period of employment with HSBC Bank. He comments, "I was trained in sales and then worked in the PPI claims department which gave me really worthwhile experience in delivering meaningful customer service."

In his spare time Jackson engineers for a number of bands in his local area, often playing to crowds of between 200 - 600 people. He also plays both the bass and electric guitar.

Hamish Cavaye obtained a first class degree at Oxford and went on to obtain a PhD in organic chemistry at the University of Queensland in Australia. Toby Phillips has a BSc. in analytical chemistry and joins Le Maitre from 3M where he worked as a product & process development scientist. Phillips also spent some time on secondment to Afghanistan (mobilised reservist) where he worked with the Bomb Disposal Unit recovering explosive components to conduct forensic, physical and chemical exploitation.

Andy Davies has joined the UK manufacturer from rental company Concert Sound Clair, to fill the newly created role of application support (touring). This mirrors a similar position in the United States, where touring and rental company veteran Jim Jorgensen recently took up a similar position to support the growing network across the Atlantic.

Like Jorgensen, Andy Davies has widespread experience of Martin Audio systems and was aware of the long partnership that had existed between Martin Audio and Concert Sound when he started working with the Bedfordshire-based rental company around the turn of the millennium.
